Here at Titan, we believe that in order to provide our clients with the most advanced, intelligent, reliable systems on the market, we have to employ the most advanced, intelligent, reliable technology available. We also believe that technology shouldn’t be restrictive, which is why all of our software is open architecture and hardware independent.
What does this mean? It means our customers have the freedom to choose the hardware that fits both their functional and budgetary requirements. It means that it’s easy to export data and results from Titan to text, Excel, XML, and PDF files. It means our systems support a wide variety of interfaces to 3rd party applications including accounting, electronic signage, TV monitor, and energy management systems, as well as many reporting and database analysis tools.
Our databases are highly normalized, and operate using a Microsoft SQL Server platform. We use Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio tools to create the backbone of our software, and Crystal Reports to design our reports. Titan’s robust database architecture is designed to hold an unlimited amount of historical data, allowing instant access to years of past information. Our databases also support clustering technology, which provides redundancy and failover options for mission critical systems. All Titan systems are designed for easy, reliable scalability—so your Titan system grows with you.
Titan’s back office tools are built on Microsoft’s IIS platform, and are browser-based, allowing you the ability to manage every aspect of your system from any computer with a browser and an internet connection.
Titan systems are compatible with all Microsoft operating systems from Windows 98 to Windows 2003.
Titan systems are built with embedded e-mail capabilities, which allow for dynamic report sharing, confirmations, and error tracking.
Our systems use SSL for secure internet transmissions, and AES or Triple DES encryption for enhanced security of private data.
